All orders placed on this website are subject to the purchaser’s acceptance of the terms & conditions as set out below.

All goods ordered by customers are subject to stock availability and acceptance of the order by Superior Saddlery. Credit card orders will only be accepted providing the registered cardholders name and address is given and a land based phone number is provided at the given address. Mobile Phone numbers will not be accepted unless backed up by a Landline Number which related to the address held by the credit card company.

Superior Saddlery are under no obligation to fulfill any order and accept no responsibility for any loss caused should the item be, out of stock or no longer available or if the credit card information given by the purchaser does not validate using our Credit Card Checking facilities with "SECPay". If we are unable to fulfill an order for whatever reason then the purchaser will be notified by e-mail or by telephone. No payment will be taken until such contact is made.

All prices are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling and are subject to VAT at the standard rate, currently 17.5%, plus delivery at the rates shown at the checkout point, these are also subject to VAT at the current rate. Prices in other currencies are shown at the Checkout. The amount charged will be in UK Pounds Sterling at the current exchange rate.

Goods sent outside of the EU are not subject to VAT and although VAT may be included in the price at the checkout, the VAT element will be deducted when payment is taken and the goods will be invoiced accordingly.

Warranties

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all goods are supplied with a one year Return to Base warranty for new goods and a 3 month warranty for second user items. Many products contain their own manufactures warranty, the terms of which may vary between manufacturers. Where there is a manufacturers warranty set out in the product documentation then the warranty will remain with the manufacturer and therefore the purchaser should deal directly with the manufacturer or one of their authorised service centres. Superior Saddlery accept no responsibility for any losses incurred by customers when dealing with the manufacturer in accordance with their warranty terms or conditions. It must be stressed that customers should send in any warranty registration information as suppliers will not normally consider any claim unless the warranty-guarantee has been registered.

Payment may be made by most major credit and debit cards. Payment can also be made by Cheque, Postal Order, Bank Transfer or cash if collecting from our Tenby site.

Superior Saddlery Welcomes and Values Educational Orders and Orders from other Government bodies. Corporate orders are welcome on a credit account basis subject to status.

Web Security

When ordering by credit card through our on-line ordering system you will be transferred to "SECPay" or "PayPal". Your credit card details will not leave "SECPay" or "PayPal". We only receive confirmation that your Credit Card has been accepted and processed. Should you not wish to send your credit/debit card details over the web then you may telephone our mail order department on +44-(0)-1834-844101 (9AM-5PM GMT Monday-Friday) and give your details over the telephone and complete the transaction as a normal Mail Order sale.

When being transferred to the secure server your computer should display a message informing that you are being transferred to a secure area. A padlock should appear near the bottom of your screen and you will notice that the address will change from http:// to https:// indicating a secure server. In the secure area the Security Certificate may be viewed by clicking the padlock.

All Credit card orders placed on the secure server are checked thoroughly and are processed in accordance with our contract with the Credit Card Processing Companies, SECPay and PayPal. It may therefore be necessary that we need to contact you to make additional security checks and we assure you that we do not mean to offend in any way. We are a responsible company and take Internet security very seriously.
